You should see two options: Add Form and Import Form 2 .Select Add Form 3 .Under Type , choose whether you want a Single Line Text Field , Multiple Choice , Dropdown Menu , or Checkboxes 4 For this example, we’ll choose Single Line Text Field 5 Enter the question you want people to answer in the Question field (for example, “What’s your favorite color?”) 6 Leave Required selected if you want people to answer this question before they can submit their registration 7 When you’re finished , click Save & Close 8 Now that you’ve added a question , it’s time to add an Submit button so people can register for your event! 9 In the left sidebar , click on Buttons 10 Click on Submit 11 Enter a brief description of what happen when someone clicks this button (“You will be registered for my event!”) 12 When you’re finished , click Save & Close 13 That’s it! Your registration form is now complete and ready for people to fill out 14 To preview what it looks like , click on Preview & Test in the top menu bar 15 Finally , when you’re ready t send out yoru email with teh registration form included )click Send !
