How to Delete Events in Google Calendar

If you have too many events cluttering up your Google Calendar, you can delete them in bulk using these simple steps.

Open the Google Calendar app.

Open the Google Calendar app . If you haven’t already, sign in to your Google Account.
Tap an event.
At the top right of the event, tap More .
Tap Delete.
Tap Delete again to confirm.

Tap an event.

Open the Google Calendar app .
Tap an event.
Tap Edit .
Tap Delete .
Choose one of the following:

Delete only this event: Will delete only this instance of a repeating event.

Delete all events in the series: Will delete the event and all future instances of a repeating event.

Tap Edit.

Open the event you want to delete.

Tap Edit .

At the top, tap Delete.

Tap Delete again to confirm.

Tap Delete event.

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Calendar app .
Tap the event you want to delete.
At the top right, tap More Delete event.
Optional: To delete all occurrences of a repeating event, tap More Delete all events in series.

Tap Delete to confirm.

It’s easy to delete events in Google Calendar on your iPhone or iPad. Just open up the event you want to delete and tap on the trash can icon in the top right-hand corner. You’ll be asked to confirm that you want to delete the event, so tap on “Delete” to confirm. That’s all there is to it!
